Terms of service
Version 2026-09-23.1 · Last updated 23 September 2026. GABO is operated by Ngbesso Aboua, Anton-Sattler-Gasse 115, 1220 Wien, Austria.
Service and accounts
GABO is online software for company identity research, Company Brain, market and website research, strategy, distribution actions and measurement. Create an account with accurate information and protect your login. You may submit only material you are entitled to use. Free entry features and paid plan features differ as shown in the product. The service can depend on third-party availability.
Your material and responsible use
You retain rights in original material you submit. You allow GABO to host, analyse, transform and share it with providers as needed to deliver the functions you request. Do not impersonate others, breach privacy or intellectual-property rights, submit secrets you are not authorized to disclose, misuse provider APIs, or use GABO for unlawful outreach. Publicly available contact information is not by itself permission to send marketing messages.
Research and AI output
GABO uses AI and public/provider data to generate analyses, recommendations and drafts. Sources can be incomplete or outdated and AI output can be incorrect. Review important claims, rights, recipients and legal requirements before acting. GABO does not guarantee rankings, traffic, customers, revenue, deliverability, publication on another platform or business success. The service is decision support, not professional legal or financial advice.
External actions and integrations
X and Google/Gmail connections are optional and subject to those platforms' rules. Connecting an account alone does not authorize arbitrary publication or sending. Gmail sending requires your review and express authorization of the exact message; the product records the attempt and provider result. X publishing, if enabled for a workspace, has separate rollout and authorization controls. You are responsible for having permission to contact recipients and for the content and timing of external actions.
Plans, payment and renewal
Available plans, current monthly EUR prices and included capacity appear on the pricing and billing pages before checkout. A paid plan is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Stripe's hosted checkout shows the amount payable before you place the payment order. A subscription renews unless canceled. You can manage payment details or request a plan change in Stripe's Customer Portal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period; the workspace displays that date when available. Plan changes may affect future billing according to the portal confirmation.
Withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer, mandatory statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain available. You may communicate a clear withdrawal request to team.reuso@gmail.com, identifying the account and subscription; information and a model text are available on the withdrawal page. An immediate request to start service does not by itself remove mandatory rights. We do not promise a refund where none is required, and we do not exclude one where law requires it.
Availability, suspension and ending use
We may interrupt service for maintenance, security or provider outages and may restrict misuse or nonpayment proportionately. You can stop using the service, cancel a paid plan through the portal and delete individual companies in the workspace. There is no self-service account deletion; contact us for account closure and data-rights requests. Billing or legally required records may remain where the law requires.
Liability and governing law
Nothing here limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Austrian law governs to the extent permitted; mandatory consumer protections of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected. If a provision is ineffective, statutory law applies without altering the remaining terms.
